This one day information-packed seminar is planned and led by roller skating center operators, and offers attendees countless ideas that they can take back to their skating centers and use immediately.   Topics include: You are only as Good as Your Worst Employee; Promotions and Games; Getting Skates on Customers; Birthday Partie$ - Learn how to position your parties for maximum profit. Target Demographics:        IMPACT targets over 800 members, which are roller skating center owners and operators ages 35-65; most are members of the Roller Skating Association International. Cost:                       RSA Members - $99 each person for the first two; $69 for each person thereafter per skating center                                       Non-Members - $299 per person   As an IMPACT supporter, your company is showcased to decision-makers in the roller skating and fun center industry as having a committed relationship with the association, as well as being a true supporter of the industry.
